Job summary

The Jewish Federations of North America, Inc. is seeking a Donor Analytics Manager to join a strategic operations team.

Reporting to the Chief Financial & Operating Officer, you will partner with the Philanthropy Team to transform donor data into insights that drive portfolio strategy, pipeline development, donor engagement, and stewardship outcomes. Qualifications

• Experience using donor analytics and prospect research tools to inform strategy.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations for fundraisers and executives.
• Experience with CRM reporting, donor communications, and stewardship processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead fundraising intelligence and pipeline development using donor data and giving history.
• Develop dashboards and reports to measure fundraising performance and stewardship outcomes.
• Coordinate reporting with Philanthropy, Finance, Marketing, and other teams.
