Job summary

AJNA INFOTECH is seeking a Marketing Analyst (Philanthropy) in Roseville, CA. This contract role focuses on donor research, analytics, and impact reporting for market philanthropy data.

You will work with tools like Blackbaud RE NXT, Fundraiser Performance Management, and various research platforms to produce strategic insights while ensuring PHI compliance. Collaboration with multiple internal stakeholders is expected.

Qualifications

• Associate's/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience required.
• Bachelor's Degree in fund raising, business administration or healthcare administration preferred.
• Three years' related experience required (preferred).
• CFRE accreditation preferred.
• Experience with HIPAA and fundraising regulations important.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Ensures high level data integrity and updates donor database.
• Maintains knowledge of HIPAA and fundraising regulations to ensure PHI compliance.
• Develops strategic, confidential reports reflecting philanthropy and grants activities.
• Generates KPI dashboards weekly/monthly/quarterly and annual reports.
• Provides database security access and orientation for new associates.
• Collaborates with payroll/IT/finance to advance strategic initiatives.
• Researches individuals, corporations, foundations to assess capacity and inclination to give.
• Records research in RE NXT and prepares prospect reports.

Job Location: Marketing Analyst(Philanthropy) Location: Roseville, CA 95661- Remote Type: Contract

Description: Drives philanthropy through donor and prospect intelligence. Provides donor research and analytics services for system and markets, coordinates impact reports, analyzes biographical, financial and other data from a variety of internal and external sources. Provides shared service for market philanthropy database operations.

Education Requirements

• Minimum Education - Associate's/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
• Bachelor's Degree in fund raising, business administration or healthcare administration or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred

Minimum Work Experience

• Three years' related experience: Preferred Required

Licenses

• Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) accreditation: Preferred

Required Skills

• Blackbaud RE NXT is required.
• Knowledge of enterprise subscriptions to Blackbaud FE NXT, Fundraiser Performance Management is preferred.
• Excellent proficiency in business communication tools, including Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Direct experience in developing data entry standards and analytic tools such as statistical models, data mining, and wealth screening is preferred.
• Tools may include: ResearchPoint, Lexis Nexis, Guidestar, Foundation Search, and Foundation Directory.
• Maintains current knowledge of HIPAA and fundraising regulations, and strives to ensure PHI compliance.

Essential Functions

• Ensures high level data integrity, initiates and executes global changes and updates of donor database.
• Maintains current knowledge of HIPAA and fundraising regulations, and strives to ensure PHI compliance.
• Adheres to the Code of Professional Fundraising Ethics, Association for Fundraising Professionals Donor’s Bill of Rights, and meets all aspects of Adventist Health's philanthropy confidentiality practices.
• Responsible for developing strategic, accurate, confidential, and detailed reports reflecting philanthropy and grants activities.
• Provides database support to market philanthropy data leads to ensure data governance standards are maintained, the generation of KPI weekly/monthly/quarterly and annual dashboards, confirm impact reports, and provide database security access and orientation for new associates.
• Collaborates with internal stakeholders in payroll/human performance, information technologies and finance to advance strategic initiatives.
• Actively identifies and researches individuals, corporations and foundations to analyze biographical, financial, and other data obtained from a variety of internal and external sources to determine capacity and inclination to give.
• Records research in RE NXT and prepares prospect research reports for markets and system major gift solicitors.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
