Job summary

ITC Federal, LLC (ITC) is seeking an experienced DOJ-Wide Program Director to support the U.S. Department of Justice under the MEGA 6 automated litigation support program.

This fully remote role requires coordination across DOJ divisions and occasional on-site meetings in the Washington, DC area. The position is senior in nature, contingent upon contract award, and requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Public Trust clearance prior to start.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the management of Division-specific work performed under the Division Program Directors across all participating DOJ components.
• Serve as the senior point of coordination when efforts and resources must be shared across multiple Divisions.
• Meet with each COR at least once a month for Division-level in-progress reviews (IPRs).
• Attend other periodic meetings as required, including joint meetings with all CORs and the Contracting Officer.
• Implement the contract management structure so that requirements spanning multiple Divisions are handled effectively.
• Be available on short notice for in-person meetings in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.
