Job summary

Versar Global Solutions, headquartered in Washington, DC, is seeking a full-time Project Coordinator to support USACE RMMR tasks. The role involves developing technical scopes, coordinating among clients and subcontractors, maintaining schedules, and managing invoices.

The ideal candidate has four years of project management or coordination experience, an associate degree or technical certification, and must be able to obtain required security clearances and authorization to work in the US.

Qualifications

• Four years of project management, project coordination, or related experience in a technical field.
• Associate’s degree or certification in technical, engineering, scientific field, or equivalent plus five years of relevant experience.
• Successful results of pre-employment screenings including federal background check, MVR, and drug screen.
• Be authorized to work in the US by start date.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical scopes of work for DoD fuel facility repairs as part of RMMR program.
• Review repair specifications for contractual and material compliance.
• Develop service order cost estimates and construction schedules; coordinate with subcontractors.
• Coordinate field execution with USACE project managers and QAEs.
• Close-out projects; audit submittals and invoices; ensure compliance and invoicing accuracy.
• Verify utilization of GSA schedules for contract compliance.
• Attend project update meetings; maintain accurate service order lists and statuses.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
