Job summary

Versar Global Solutions is seeking a Site Manager to oversee liquid fuels maintenance for USACE RMMR programs. You will supervise fuel system operations, coordinate maintenance activities, and ensure safety and compliance across multiple sites.

The role requires 5 years of fuel maintenance/ construction experience, strong MS Office skills, and fluent English. This position is remote with 20% travel and located in the United States; compensation reflects hourly rates and federal project

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of liquid fuels maintenance or construction experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and able to upload field reports.
• Fluent in English reading and writing; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Overall supervision of fuel system maintenance operations for a geographic area.
• Oversee daily fuel facilities operations to meet PWS requirements.
• Plan, schedule and coordinate fuel maintenance activities to optimize resources.
• Interface with operations at various locations to ensure contractual commitments.
• Prepare and submit schedules, deficiency lists and reports for Versar and USACE.
• Develop service orders for DoD fuel facilities per UFC 3-460-01 and API 650 standards.
• Review repair specifications and procure materials for repair/construction projects.
• Develop cost estimates, logistics and construction schedules; coordinate with PMs and QAEs.
• Supervise and train fuel system maintenance personnel; ensure safety and qualifications.
