Job summary

Versar Global Solutions seeks a Project Manager to support USACE Recurring Maintenance and Minor Repair task orders. You will bid, plan, organize, coordinate, monitor, and administer work to meet schedule, budget, and quality requirements.

The role requires leading project teams, ensuring safety and quality, and managing client relationships. Remote-first arrangement with potential travel to sites; contingent on award.

Qualifications

• Seven years of project management or certification in technical area; DoD/fuels experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) from a four-year college or university or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Office; ability to learn QuickBase/eMaint/Timberland or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for RMMR activities, goals, and objectives within budget.
• Provide management oversight of project requirements including safety, quality, and billing.
• Coordinate information flow with client and project team; update schedules and requirements.
• Monitors CMMS for all service orders and tracks progress across phases.
• Manage subcontractors and establish subcontractor agreements; monitor budgets and funding needs.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and client-facing communications.
