Stage 4 Solutions Inc. is seeking a Talent Sourcer for a 6-month remote contract focused on DoD functions, sourcing passive candidates full-time for Aeronautics' F&B, Communications, Business Development and Program Office roles.

You will leverage Eightfold and social media to build candidate pipelines and demonstrate ROI to hiring managers. The role is 100% remote within the United States, with a W-2 employment structure and benefits including health insurance and a 401K.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of DOD sourcing experience.
• 3–5 years of ATS candidate tracking system experience.
• Previous success in a 100% remote position.
• Bachelor's Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Source and pipeline passive candidates for DOD functions using Eightfold and social media.
• Build qualified talent pools for hiring managers and track ROI of sourcing initiatives.
• Prepare reports using MS Office for communication and stakeholder updates.
