Job summary

HERE is seeking a results-driven Talent Sourcing Contractor to identify top passive talent for critical business roles. This part-time, remote contract runs up to 10 hours per week for one month, with a potential extension.

You'll leverage sourcing strategies across LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Boolean search strings, and niche databases, craft personalized outreach, map talent trends with data, and help manage the applicant pipeline in our ATS.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience working in a recruiting capacity.
• Experience sourcing passive talent in high-growth technical environments.
• Comfortable with an ATS and tools like Greenhouse.
• Able to craft targeted sourcing strategies and outreach messages.

Responsibilities

• Targeted Sourcing: Build and execute sourcing across LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Boolean search, and niche databases.
• Passive Outreach: Craft personalized, high-converting outreach campaigns.
• AI & Data Insights: Use data-driven methods to map target areas and trends.
• Pipeline & ATS Management: Review and track applications in the ATS.
• Recruiting Operations Support: Assist with recruiting tasks and projects.
