Job summary

PlanIT Group in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Talent Pipeline Sourcer to build ready-now candidate pipelines for software, systems, and aeronautical engineering in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This on-site role balances proactive talent development with immediate hiring support and works closely with Talent Acquisition leaders and hiring managers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a corporate Talent Acquisition environment or large-scale recruiting.
• Experience sourcing candidates in high-volume environments with multiple pipelines.
• Experience supporting multiple engineering disciplines and locations.
• Hands-on use of candidate sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, SeekOut, or similar).
• Strong Boolean search skills to engage passive candidates.
• Experience with ATS/CRM to manage candidate activity and pipelines.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume, multi-channel sourcing strategies to support engineering hiring.
• Manage multiple sourcing priorities based on demand and requisition volume.
• Identify, engage, and qualify active and passive candidates via multiple channels.
• Build ready-now and ready-next pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles.
• Develop segmented talent communities aligned to skills and markets.
• Maintain candidate and pipeline data in ATS/CRM.
• Track sourcing KPIs and analyze pipeline performance.
• Monitor pipeline health and address gaps.
• Support sourcing campaigns and accelerated hiring initiatives.
• Provide sourcing support across multiple U.S.-based sites and locations.
• Partner with recruiters to understand requirements and geography.
