Cribl is seeking a senior, people‑first technical leader to guide the DoW/IC Solutions Engineering team in a remote‑first role based in Washington, DC. You will mentor SEs, shape pre‑sales strategy, and partner with sales on advancing complex deployments including classified environments.

You’ll drive revenue by coaching consultative selling, aligning regional plays, and building strong relationships across Cribl and partner ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 5+ years in pre‑sales, preferably in leadership roles.
• Proven track record leading a technical pre‑sales team or regional unit.
• Experience selling to DoD/IC, including channel and FSI partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead the DoW/IC Solutions Engineering team and drive sales‑oriented best practices.
• Mentor SEs in pre‑sales techniques for new and expanding opportunities.
• Develop team capabilities to meet required technical knowledge for pre‑sales duties.
• Conduct performance reviews and create development opportunities for team members.
• Coordinate with Regional Sales Directors and Managers to optimize coverage and campaigns.
• Deliver customer presentations, product demos, and oversee Proof of Value events, including in classified environments.
• Build relationships with channel and FSI partners to land and expand Cribl within DoW/IC.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard SEs to grow the DOW/IC team in the National Capital Region.
• Stay informed on DoW/IC mission, budget, and acquisition landscape to tailor Cribl positioning.
• Travel to client sites and conferences up to 30% as needed.
