Jobgether SRL in the United States is seeking a DCPDS Human Resources Specialist for a fully remote, part-time role supporting a major DoD mission. You will provide expert HR processing across DCPDS, DCPS, and DCHRMS, perform testing, root-cause analysis, and QA, collaborate with federal stakeholders, and help maintain compliant personnel transactions and mission readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 5+ years of DCPDS experience if no degree.
• 5+ years in HR staffing and personnel processing.
• 5+ years supporting DCPDS Enterprise Suite and DCPS, including analysis and testing.
• At least 2 years with Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Knowledge of federal HR regulations and DOD personnel systems.
• Ability to diagnose multi-system interface problems and propose solutions.
• Experience preparing SCRs/CRTs and participating in release testing.

Responsibilities

• Process personnel transactions in DCPDS across production and test environments with compliance.
• Support civilian performance actions in DPMAP; research, assess, resolve, validate transactions.
• Process Wage Mariner personnel transactions; prepare CRTs for pay table updates and issue resolution.
• Perform root-cause analysis on DCPDS interfaces; test, replicate, evaluate results.
• Document software issues; prepare SCRs/CRTs for system changes.
• Conduct formal release testing for DCPDS and related systems.
• Prepare DON-specific salary tables annually with stakeholders.
• Manage service tickets and escalate complex issues.
• Attend meetings on personnel systems, payroll, and HR initiatives; document follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate personnel data and support regulatory compliance.
