Job summary

General Dynamics IT seeks a DCPDS Human Resource Specialist to support the Navy’s civilian workforce operations. You will ensure accuracy, compliance, and readiness across personnel transactions, interfaces, testing, and HR processing activities for the DON’s Total Force civilian mission.

You will provide expert-level support to DCPDS, DCPS, and DCHRMS activities, safeguarding DON personnel data and aligning with federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of related HR experience.
• 5+ years of HR staffing and personnel processing experience.
• 5+ years of DCPDS Enterprise Suite and DCPS experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform personnel transactional processing in the DCPDS Enterprise Suite.
• Support DON civilian workforce performance actions within the DPMAP module of DCPDS.
• Execute transactional processing and QA for Wage Mariner personnel and CRT submissions.
• Resolve complex personnel transaction issues involving DCPDS and DCPS interfaces.
• Conduct root-cause analysis of interface problems and test in simulated environments.
