Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. seeks a DCPDS Human Resource Specialist to support the Department of the Navy's civilian workforce operations from a remote location.

You will ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of personnel transactions within DCPDS, DCPS, and related interfaces, supporting DON's Total Force civilian mission. You will perform testing, release cycles, and salary table preparations in collaboration with DCPAS, DHRA DMDC, and OPM guidelines while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of relevant experience with DCPDS.
• 5 years HR staffing and personnel processing experience.
• 5 years of DCPDS Enterprise Suite and DCPS experience.
• 2 years of Oracle HCM Cloud (DCHRMS) experience.

Responsibilities

• Process personnel transactions in DCPDS per CFR and OPM guidance.
• Support DON civilian workforce actions in the DPMAP module.
• Perform salary table prep and CRT submissions for updates.
• Analyze and resolve complex personnel interface issues.
• Conduct release testing and validate SCRs/CRTs per specs.
• Maintain compliance with federal HR regulations.
