Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Information Security, or a related field, OR five years of equivalent experience in risk and compliance analysis.
• Knowledge of DoD governance frameworks, risk assessment methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with DoD cybersecurity policies, security control implementation, and program governance audits.

Responsibilities

• Track program financials, budgets, and funding streams, ensuring alignment with DoD financial planning cycles.
• Conduct financial performance reviews, ensuring cost efficiency and optimal resource allocation.
• Submit a quarterly Financial Oversight & Budget Utilization Report with insights on expenditures and funding efficiency.
