Job summary

SOS International LLC is seeking a Security & Compliance Administrator to support a DoD program from a remote, part-time role. The incumbent will help build a scalable federated data ecosystem with real-time analytics and secure governance.

The role requires active secret clearance and hands-on experience with RMF, NIST 800-53, and DoD IL4/IL5 controls, plus IAM, SIEM, and vulnerability assessment, across cloud and on-prem environments.

Qualifications

• Active in-scope secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree or five years of security/compliance experience.
• Knowledge of RMF, NIST 800-53, and DoD IL4/IL5 controls.
• Experience with IAM, SIEM, zero-trust, and vulnerability assessment.
• Experience conducting security audits and cloud/hybrid deployments.
• Security automation and incident response experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Kubernetes and data lake deployments for RMF, NIST 800-53, and DoD IL4/IL5 Compliance.
• Maintain continuous monitoring dashboards and conduct vulnerability scans.
• Prepare and update SSPs, SARs, and POA&Ms to reflect changes.
• Enforce encryption, logging, and IAM/RBAC policies across the data layer.
• Submit the Security & Compliance Assessment Report with findings and remediation.
