Job summary

Red River is looking for a high-energy, results-driven DoD Account Executive (Army) to own a dedicated territory and drive enterprise IT solutions. You’ll build strategic relationships and deliver cutting-edge technology solutions to government clients.

This remote role allows up to 100% field activity across the United States and focuses on growing revenue and margins through multi-year IT contracts with federal customers.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years IT sales experience required
• College or associate degree preferred
• Mid-level OEM training certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop a competitive sales strategy
• Manage a dedicated sales territory comprised of medium to large enterprise accounts
• Understand industry trends for cloud computing, consumptive models, and financing options
• Develop and maintain customer base
• Promote Red River as a Solutions and Services provider
• Drive revenue and margin through the account base
• Demonstrate technical acumen in networking or datacenter infrastructure
• Maintain knowledge of products
• Understand sales pipeline, prospecting, and forecast
• Identify customer pain points and develop solutions
