Red River is seeking a high-energy DoD Account Executive (Army) to own a dedicated territory and deliver IT solutions to government and enterprise customers. You will build strategic relationships, drive growth, and help customers transform their IT environments.

The role emphasizes prospecting, pipeline management, and presenting compelling business cases to senior stakeholders. A remote work setup is available with up to 100% field activities possible.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of IT sales experience
• Mid-level certifications in OEM training programs
• College or associate degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop a competitive sales strategy and territory plan
• Manage a dedicated sales territory of medium to large enterprise accounts
• Understand industry trends in cloud, consumption models, and financing options
• Develop and maintain customer base and promote Red River solutions and services
• Drive revenue and margin through the account base
• Demonstrate technical acumen in networking or data center infrastructure
• Maintain knowledge of products and sales methodologies (prospecting, pipeline, forecast)
• Identify customer pain points and craft solution-based approaches
• Engage in executive-level discussions and create compressive account plans
• Navigate federal contracting and acquisition vehicles as needed
