Job summary

VIATEQ is seeking a Mid-Level DocuSign/CLM Developer to support our Prime contractor and government customer. The role is remote and requires the ability to obtain a Public Trust.

Responsibilities include configuring, developing, and supporting DocuSign capabilities (eSignature, CLM, templates, envelopes, APIs) within CRM and Platform Services, and collaborating with cybersecurity, operations, and governance teams to deliver secure, scalable digital services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/SWE or related field.
• 4+ years in hands-on platform development or integration, gov env preferred.
• Hands-on DocuSign implementation, configuration, development, testing, or ops.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, develop, integrate, test, document, and sustain DocuSign capabilities (eSignature, CLM, templates).
• Configure templates, workflows, APIs, envelope routing, data mappings, webhooks, and agreement lifecycles.
• Translate business/security/operational requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Support platform architecture, backlog refinement, planning, release readiness, production transition.
• Develop reusable patterns, automation, documentation, and support procedures to reduce risk.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across platform config, data, APIs, identity, security, performance, UX.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, privacy, data, QA, and change management teams to align with federal expectations.
• Maintain clear technical documentation, decisions, notes, and runbooks.
