Launch Ventures Private Limited is seeking a detail-oriented System Administrator / Document Processing Specialist to support our Grove Platform Ops team.

You will review purchase orders, invoices, and related documents processed via OCR/AI, correct data errors, and maintain templates to ensure data accuracy. This remote role requires independent work and strong attention to detail, with occasional overlap with US Eastern hours.

Formación

• Ability to read and understand business documents such as PO, invoices, and packing slips.
• Strong attention to numerical accuracy.
• Understanding of ERP concepts (customers, products/SKUs, POs, invoices).
• Experience with ERP systems such as Odoo, SAP, NetSuite, or similar.
• Ability to follow defined processes and workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Review documents flagged by the system and verify extracted data against PDFs.
• Correct errors in PO numbers, quantities, dates, and product codes.
• Resolve catalogue mapping issues by finding correct entries.
• Review, correct, reprocess, publish, or escalate exceptions within SLA.
