Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Adult Education, Business, HR, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage Docebo LMS governance, performance, and ongoing development.
• Drive LMS adoption across internal stakeholders and franchise network.
• Directly manage the Crunch Connected Administrator for daily LMS ops.
• Serve as the internal subject matter expert for LMS functionality, reporting, integrations, and best practices.
• Translate business requirements into scalable LMS solutions and evaluate impact.
• Ensure LMS structure supports acquisitions, new club openings, and restructures.
• Monitor integrations, testing, validation, and data reconciliation.
• Maintain LMS vendor relationships, contracts, invoices, and support needs.
