Crunch Fitness Corporate is seeking an LMS Manager to lead the Docebo platform, drive adoption across the franchise network, and ensure accurate reporting and analytics. You will partner with leaders to deliver scalable LMS solutions that support learning goals and KPI targets.

The role emphasizes governance, system optimization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance learner engagement and performance metrics. This is a remote position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 1–2+ years hands-on Docebo LMS administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of LMS administration (users, learning plans, groups, branches, roles, enrollments, reporting, integrations).
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and develop scalable solutions.
• Strong data and reporting acumen to analyze insights and track performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Docebo LMS governance, performance, and ongoing development.
• Drive LMS adoption and ensure alignment of learning programs with organizational goals across the franchise network.
• Directly manage the Crunch Connected Administrator handling day-to-day LMS operations.
• Serve as SME for LMS functionality, configuration, reporting, integrations, and best practices.
• Translate business requirements into scalable LMS solutions and evaluate impact of changes.
• Ensure LMS supports acquisitions, new club openings, and restructures.
• Monitor integrations, testing, validation, and data reconciliation.
