The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and a proven track record in DMV operations within the automotive sector, with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Experience with DMV operations within the automotive industry.
• Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn an array of computer software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain 50-state DMV knowledge related to title and registration processing and ensure multi-state compliance.
• Develop, follow, and refine SOPs to improve consistency and efficiency.
• Uphold NDA and confidentiality policies.
• Collaborate with Supervisors and other team members to meet targets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
