Job summary

DLRdmv is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the Audit and Inventory Department in our California La Palma office. The role requires a strong background in dealership title and registration operations, DMV processes, BPA transactions, and team leadership.

You will mentor auditors and inventory specialists, oversee daily operations, ensure accurate records, implement process improvements, and maintain compliance with security and safety policies. Hours: 8:00am–5:00pm, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 8 years of managerial and dealership/title clerk experience.
• Experience using FLSP (BPA) software.
• Comprehensive knowledge of CA DMV forms and CA DMV registration policies.
• Ability to review vehicle records (KSR) and BPA transactions.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Conflict resolution and teamwork abilities.
• Must be able to lift 30 lbs and stay in a stationary position.
• Working hours: 8:00am–5:00pm, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of audit and inventory.
• Oversee daily in-house BPA processing.
• Supervise Audit and Inventory employees.
• Mentor and train Audit Specialist I–Lead.
• Mentor and train Inventory Specialist I–Lead.
• Provide support for the Director of Internal Operations.
• Maintain up-to-date record keeping.
• Maintain a safe and hazard free working environment.
• Maintain the security of PII.
