Job summary

Paradigm Corp. is seeking a full-time, fully remote DME Referral Care Coordinator to support a high-volume referral coordination team focused on general durable medical equipment.

You will work with referral sources, injured workers, and DME providers to ensure timely authorization, ordering, status updates, and delivery confirmation while maintaining accuracy and compliance. The role requires hands-on DME familiarity, ability to manage multiple priorities in a production-driven environment, and

Qualifications

• Some college credit and/or related experience.
• At least 1 year of related experience (e.g., healthcare, DME, insurance, physician practice).
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written; proficient in reading, grammar, and mathematics.
• Strong computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) and accuracy required.
• Knowledgeable of medical terminology and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Receive DME referrals and obtain written authorization from payor prior to delivery; update sources and confirm delivery timing.
• Provide timely updates to referral sources, providers, and injured workers; confirm DME delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth information flow and timely responses to inquiries.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and QA initiatives; protect PHI and data confidentiality.
• Duties may include weekend calls; maintain reliable attendance during scheduled hours.
