Commerce Bank is seeking a Division Manager I, Commercial Banking to lead a team of Relationship Managers, Portfolio Managers, and Commercial Loan Specialists. You will drive client relationships, assess credit risk, and optimize profitability across a territory with high-potential commercial accounts.

You will mentor managers, shape strategy, and ensure compliance with banking policies while guiding growth in line with corporate goals.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Master's degree in business or related field preferred.
• 6+ years of commercial banking experience required.
• 2+ years leadership experience required.
• Experience with structuring complex credit requests preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of Relationship Managers, Portfolio Managers, and Commercial Loan Specialists.
• Develop departmental goals and coach teams on targeted sales activities to maximize new business.
• Staffing, training, and succession planning for critical roles.
• Hire, evaluate, and manage performance; oversee disciplinary actions as necessary.
• Review credit requests and analyze risk, collateral, pricing, and documentation.
• Engage with clients and referral sources to grow the market presence.
