ThinkingAhead seeks a proven leader to oversee a team of Commercial Bankers and drive loan and deposit growth across the region. You will lead regional sales strategy, manage pipeline, and mentor bankers to strengthen credit and client relationships.

You will coordinate with internal partners to deliver comprehensive financial solutions, monitor credit quality, and ensure regulatory compliance while building a high-performing, accountable team.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial/business banking.
  • Strong background in credit, loan structuring, treasury services, and relationship management.
  • Proven leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrated success in business development and market growth.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM and loan systems experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Ability to travel within the region and overnight as needed.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Commitment to compliance, operational excellence, and client service.
