Job summary

You will analyze markets, structure deals, and provide strategic financial solutions while ensuring compliance with risk management standards. A bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in related roles are preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relationship/portfolio management experience in corporate banking or similar environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required; related discipline or commensurate experience considered.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk controls.
• Experience in structuring deals and credit risk assessment.
• Proven ability to manage high-value client relationships and cross-sell financial products.

Responsibilities

• Develops new business by contacting prospects and cross-selling bank products and services.
• Structures deals and secures credit approvals with internal and external partners.
• Reviews loan applications and cash management service agreements for accuracy and risk alignment.
• Maintains long-term relationships with high-value clients and provides strategic financial advice.
• Structures deals, negotiates high-value transactions, and identifies cross-sell opportunities.
• Analyzes market trends and client industry developments to optimize client solutions.
