Job summary

Nissan is seeking a District Technical Service Manager to serve the Southeast region. This full-time field role combines travel with remote work, focusing on dealer service operations, complex repairs, and customer satisfaction.

You will diagnose vehicle concerns, coordinate with engineering and regional teams, and drive service excellence across assigned dealerships. Ideal candidates have 4+ years automotive technical experience, ASE Master Certification, and strong communication skills;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years automotive technical experience required.
• ASE Master Certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise for complex vehicle repairs.
• Visit dealerships to evaluate service operations and performance.
• Meet with customers to confirm scope and demonstrate intended performance.
• Partner with dealership leadership to identify improvements and action plans.
• Collaborate with Engineering and regional teams on quality concerns.
• Investigate incidents and prepare reports on product performance.
• Promote dealership certification and service excellence.
