Qualifications

• 2+ years in a sales-related role; 4+ years total work experience; 3+ years in leadership.
• Strong communication and relationship management with dealers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with Mazda dealers and internal colleagues to improve service and profitability.
• Collaborate with dealership management to execute action plans for customer experience and retention.
• Perform profitability reviews to drive revenue growth while controlling costs.
