Nissan is seeking a District Technical Service Manager to support Southeast dealerships by diagnosing complex vehicle issues and enhancing service performance. You will work closely with dealership teams, regional groups, and corporate partners to deliver solutions and drive customer satisfaction.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree (preferred), 4+ years of automotive technical experience, Master Technician credentials, and ASE Master Certification.

A Day in the Life:
The District Technical Service Manager (DTSM) serves as Nissan's primary technical field representative, supporting dealership service operations, customer satisfaction, and complex vehicle repair resolution. This role works closely with dealership personnel, regional teams, and corporate partners to diagnose difficult vehicle concerns, improve service performance, support customer case resolutions, and drive operational excellence across assigned dealerships.
