Job summary

BlazerWorks is seeking a District Talent Specialist to support K–12 client relationships across the MSP district. Based remotely with periodic travel within the district, you will coordinate client delivery, adoption initiatives, and performance tracking, acting as the primary liaison among district staff, supplier partners, and internal teams.

This early-career role develops into a District Partner Specialist.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1+ years of experience in account support, client success, or sales coordination.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders.
• Analytical and data-oriented mindset; comfortable with reports.
• Proficiency in Bullhorn and Upglide and standard productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for district staff and supplier partners.
• Support District Partner Specialists in managing relationships and follow-ups.
• Coordinate materials for client meetings, reviews, and adoption check-ins.
• Respond to inquiries ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.
• Ensure staff onboarding with proper information for day one.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM data in Bullhorn and Upglide.
• Collaborate with Sales, Fulfillment, Customer Success, Marketing, and Ops.
• Track adoption, usage, renewal readiness, and client satisfaction.
• Assist in expansion initiatives through exceptional service delivery.
