BlazerWorks is seeking a District Talent Specialist to support K–12 client relationships by assisting in daily service delivery, account strategies, adoption initiatives, and performance tracking. This early-career role bridges clients, supplier partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and district success.

This remote role requires periodic travel within districts. You will coordinate meetings, track adoption and renewal readiness, and help expand client opportunities by

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1+ years of experience in account support, client success, or sales coordination.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analytical and data-oriented mindset; comfortable with reports.
• Proficiency in Bullhorn and Upglide; experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as first point of contact for district staff and supplier partners.
• Support district partner specialists in managing relationships and follow-ups.
• Prepare materials for client meetings, reviews, and adoption check-ins.
• Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues with internal teams.
• Ensure staff onboarding information is ready for day one.
• Track adoption, usage, and renewal readiness metrics.
• Collaborate with Sales, Fulfillment, Customer Success, Marketing, Ops.
• Maintain CRM forecasting and pipeline data (Bullhorn, Upglide).
