Responsibilities

Develop effective relationships with Mazda dealers and Mazda colleagues to advance service and profitability.
Assist in action plans to improve customer experience, retention, and dealer profitability.
Perform profitability analyses and recommendations to increase revenue while controlling costs.
Review reports to identify gaps and implement best practices.
Drive increased service traffic and parts/merchandising through marketing plans and initiatives.
Ensure dealer compliance with MNAO policies and contact management processes.
