Qualifications

• 5+ years of field service or technical service experience.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience scheduling field service personnel and managing customer escalations.
• Experience with service management software (e.g., D365) and ERP/CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily scheduling and deployment of Field Service Engineers.
• Ensure response times and service levels are met.
• Monitor service performance metrics and customer satisfaction.
• Lead and develop District Service Team Leads and Engineers.
• Coordinate parts, tooling, and resources for field service.
• Partner with District and Operations Managers on staffing and workflow.
