Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 3+ years of sales experience in a related field.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and technical comfort with pool equipment.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel long distances.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar tools is a plus.
• Fluent English; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to develop and execute sales campaigns in a territorial market.

Responsibilities

• Travels throughout the territory to call on named builders and dealers.
• Develops campaigns to achieve builder market goals and growth.
• Manages and develops customer base using Salesforce CRM.
• Prepares monthly progress reports and weekly call reports.
• Coordinates with service, engineering and other departments as needed.
• Represent Hayward at trade shows and association meetings.
