Hayward Holdings Inc. in the Los Angeles area is seeking a District Sales Manager - Aftermarket to grow replacement equipment sales, strengthen distributor relationships, and drive territory expansion across pumps, filters, heaters and related products.

The role requires strong prospecting and relationship-building skills, extensive product knowledge, and frequent travel to support distributors and service companies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical pool industry experience, preferably in field management.
• Strong consultative selling, prospecting and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM and sales analytics.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a territory business plan focused on aftermarket sales growth.
• Identify, prospect, and convert service companies to increase adoption of Hayward products.
• Build strategic relationships with B-target accounts and implement account development plans.
• Conduct joint sales calls with distributors and aftermarket customers to drive conversions.
• Support distributor partners with inventory, new product introductions, and growth initiatives.
• Deliver product demonstrations and technical training to service companies and distributors.
• Leverage Salesforce CRM to manage engagement, track pipeline, and forecast performance.
• Travel frequently across the Los Angeles, California territory.
• Prepare monthly business reviews, territory plans, call reports, forecasts, and expense reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture market feedback.
