Peerless Pump Company (a Grundfos subsidiary) is seeking a District Sales Manager to drive fire protection growth across the United States, delivering sales excellence to OEMs, national accounts and distribution partners while representing the brand at every touchpoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or commercial discipline or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of sales experience in fire protection or similar industry.
• Technical knowledge of pumps or related fire protection products.
• Ability to travel ~30%.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by serving direct accounts and distribution partners.
• Develop territory plan using Grundfos model to increase market share.
• Assess channels, partner performance, and manage channel conflicts.
• Deliver product training to sales channel and build partner self-sufficiency.
• Lead demand-shaping programs and lead time initiatives.
• Maintain CRM data and develop forecasts using Peerless Express, PowerBI, and Salesforce.
