Job summary

Grundfos, including Peerless Pump Company, is seeking a District Sales Manager to drive fire protection growth across a defined US territory. You will expand market share with OEMs, national accounts, and distribution partners while representing the brand at every touchpoint.

You will lead territory plans, develop distribution strategies, train channel partners, and collaborate with customers to deliver technical pumps and support solutions. Remote work from anywhere in the US is supported.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in fire protection or similar industry.
• Technical knowledge of pumps, fire controllers, or related products.
• Willingness to travel ~30% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by providing sales excellence to direct accounts and partners.
• Develop and execute territory plans to increase market share.
• Assess distribution channels and manage partner performance.
• Deliver product training to the sales channel to ensure brand consistency.
• Lead demand-shaping programs and improve lead times.
