Job summary

SFS USA | Construction in Portland, OR; Tacoma, WA; or Northern CA—Remote considered—seeks a District Sales Manager to drive sales and account acquisition in the Construction Division, growing existing business and identifying new opportunities.

You will represent the SFS brand, manage key accounts, collaborate on pricing and contracts, travel regionally, attend meetings and events, and partner with internal teams to ensure project success while upholding our values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years outside sales/business development experience.
• Knowledge of commercial construction processes and schedules.
• Understanding of channel sales value and pricing models.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel 75% within territory.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; self-motivated and team player.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow key accounts in the Construction Division.
• Represent SFS at meetings, presentations, and events.
• Track opportunities and convert projects into wins.
• Collaborate on pricing, contracts, and agreements.
• Travel regularly within the region to maintain customer presence.
• Maintain CRM records for transparency and alignment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project success.
