Job summary

You will develop sales strategies, analyze data, and lead cross-functional teams to improve topline revenue and product mix. You will collaborate with marketing, merchandising, finance and operations, manage budgets and training, and present performance insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 7+ years of sales or account management experience with major retail customers
• Strong financial and analytical capabilities with data interpretation
• Knowledge of retail merchandising, product development, advertising, sales and digital marketing
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute profitable sales strategies to drive topline growth
• Analyze sales, sell-through, financial data to identify trends
• Collaborate with customer stakeholders and internal Marketing and Merchandising teams to expand product assortment and promotions
• Lead product and sales training initiatives for retail teams to increase product knowledge
• Manage budgets and promotional investments
• Improve product availability and order fulfillment
• Prepare data-driven presentations and reviews of performance and priorities
