Job summary

Kubota Tractor Corporation is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead a team of Regional Sales Managers, drive wholesale and retail sales, and expand market share within a remote, nationwide district. You will coach RSMs, forecast inventory, recruit and evaluate performance, and collaborate with dealers to ensure strong program execution while managing a distributed team remotely.

Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, Marketing, or related field required.
Six plus years in sales management or account development in heavy/ag equipment preferred.
Experience in dealership networks, buy-sell/merger changes, and program implementation is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead, direct, and coach Regional Sales Managers to hit wholesale and retail sales goals.
Forecast, allocate, and distribute inventory to support dealer needs.
Recruit, motivate, and evaluate RSM performance to align with district goals.
Visit key dealers with RSMs to strengthen Kubota’s representation and support dealer needs.
Monitor dealer activity, address underperformance, and execute corrective actions.
Assist dealers and customers by phone and email, resolving issues and maintaining satisfaction.
Provide input for district sales budgets and manage resources within constraints.
Communicate market conditions to leadership and support new program development.
