Job summary

Impact Fire Services in the United States seeks an experienced Fire Protection District Sales Manager to oversee district sales operations, driving the full project sales lifecycle from identification to contract handoff to operations.

The role partners with the District General Manager to grow Fire Alarm and Fire Sprinkler project sales, expand our client base, develop procedures, and lead a high-performing sales team toward revenue and profitability targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years' experience managing a sales team.
• Proven track record leading a fire protection sales organization.
• Experience selling commercial Fire Alarm and Fire Sprinkler systems.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to drive sales of Fire Alarm and Fire Sprinkler offerings.
• Lead the district's sales team to achieve activity, revenue, and profitability goals.
• Develop and execute sales strategies for business growth and market expansion.
• Identify opportunities and represent Impact Fire Services at industry events.
• Oversee bid opportunities and ensure smooth handoff to operations.
