Job summary

Daimler Truck North America is seeking a District Parts Manager to support dealers across the Fort Mill, SC area in aftermarket parts sales and performance. This remote role focuses on driving programs, analyzing dealer performance, and coordinating with regional teams to ensure national standards are met.

You will manage a large territory with cross-functional collaboration, ensuring dealer profitability and customer satisfaction while implementing sales initiatives and training at the dealer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of prior work experience related to sales.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and presentation skills.
• Ability to work at all levels of the organization and with cross-functional areas.
• Working knowledge of DTNA's Paragon parts system.
• Strong sales track record and product sales background.

Responsibilities

• Improve operational performance of parts department at the dealer level.
• Initiate methods to meet national aftermarket standards of parts performance.
• Establish harmonious relationship with Dealer Principal and Parts Manager.
• Provide field intelligence on program effectiveness, training requirements, market trends, and customer behavior.
• Develop annual business plan for parts with dealer/distributor involvement.
• Promote dealer parts sales and develop merchandising programs aligned with national standards.
• Analyze customer needs to determine effectiveness of aftermarket support.
• Provide training between headquarters IT and dealer personnel.
• Work with corporate office on improving communication with dealers/distributors.
• Elevate dealer sales effectiveness by deploying DTNA sales programs.
• Manage an average $100 million territory across ~21 locations.
