Job summary

Daimler Truck North America is seeking a District Parts Manager (DPM) to support dealers in the Fort Mill, SC area. This remote-capable role focuses on aftermarket parts management, sales growth, and program implementation to improve dealer performance across regions.

You will work with Dealer Principals and Parts Managers, analyze dealer performance, develop annual business plans for parts, and promote national DTNA parts programs with a strong emphasis on pricing strategy and merchandising.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of Sales experience or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work across all organizational levels and with cross-functional teams.
• Working knowledge of DTNA's Paragon parts system.
• Strong sales track record and product sales background.

Responsibilities

• Improve operational performance of the dealer parts department.
• Analyze dealer performance and recommend improvements.
• Develop annual business plans for dealer parts and promotions.
• Promote DTNA national parts programs and pricing strategies.
• Provide regional feedback to headquarters on programs and training.
