Daimler Truck North America LLC. is seeking a Dealer Parts Management (DPM) professional to improve dealer parts operations and sales performance from Fort Mill, SC, with a remote work option.

The role emphasizes applying corporate programs and regional-scope initiatives to meet national aftermarket standards. The position requires a business-focused degree and 5+ years in sales, plus strong communication, analytics, and presentation skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of prior work experience related to sales.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Improve operational performance of parts department at the dealer level.
• Initiate innovative methods of changing dealer behavior to meet national aftermarket standards of parts performance.
• Establish harmonious relationship with Dealer Principal and Parts Manager to enhance acceptance of corporate programs.
• Provide headquarters staff with ongoing field intelligence on program effectiveness, training requirements, market trends, end-customer behavior, and competitive activities.
• Provide management advice to dealer personnel to realize their marketing and financial goals in parts.
• Actively promote and support headquarters training programs and deliver personalized, on-site training as required.
• Serve as technical consultant concerning all company and dealer related systems activities.
• Elevate dealer sales effectiveness by deploying current DTNA sales programs.
• Responsible to manage average of $100 million territory with an average of 21 locations in the district.
