Job summary

General Motors is seeking a District Manager, Parts and Service for the North Central region. This remote role requires up to 50% travel to GM dealerships within the territory and relocation to Minnesota or nearby area if needed.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of Sales, Service, or Operations experience driving revenue.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ownership of district performance across revenue, retention, and experience.
• Act as advisor to dealer leadership and align with GM initiatives.
• Drive revenue growth through CCA programs and KPI achievement.
• Lead dealer contact processes and assess market opportunities.
• Analyze dealer performance and propose operational improvements.
