The role focuses on delivering high-quality client work, driving operational excellence, and maintaining strong retailer relationships from a home-based office.

You will recruit, coach, and manage performance, ensuring on-time execution, route optimization, and adherence to client standards in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Directly lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of Field Merchandising Representatives.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and retain top field talent.

Responsibilities

• Lead team meetings, conference calls, and training sessions.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for field representatives within the district.
• Monitor client work to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to SLAs.
• Oversee scheduling, staffing levels, workload balancing, and territory coverage.
• Partner with field reps to optimize travel routes and productivity.
• Monitor payroll, timecards, mileage, expenses, and travel compliance.
