Job summary

2020 Companies is hiring a remote District Manager of Field Merchandising and Installation to lead a team of FMIRs across an assigned territory. You will coach, mentor, and support field staff to ensure client programs are executed flawlessly, with accountability and continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes leadership, operational excellence, and collaboration with the National Field Leader to optimize resources, routes, and performance while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of retail merchandising, field operations, or multi-unit leadership experience
• 1–2+ years of direct people leadership experience managing remote field teams
• Experience with merchandising, planograms, fixture installations, and retail execution preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Field Merchandising Representatives, coaching and–mentoring for performance
• Drive operational excellence by ensuring client programs are executed on time and to standard
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, and territory coverage to maximize productivity and travel efficiency
• Monitor performance metrics and implement action plans to improve KPIs and customer satisfaction
• Deliver onboarding and ongoing training for field representatives and ensure required certifications are completed
• Collaborate with National Field Leader to implement client initiatives and workforce planning
• Maintain strong relationships with retailers and internal stakeholders to ensure flawless execution
• Ensure field representatives represent the company professionally in stores
