Job summary

The Wendy's Company seeks a District Manager to oversee daily operations across assigned restaurants in the United States. You will drive sales, profits, customer satisfaction and human resource objectives, while ensuring compliance with company guidelines and ethical practices.

Responsibilities include building a food safety culture, staffing and scheduling for growth, managing costs and budgets, and developing leadership talent. Travel is 75%+, with remote work as the primary location.

Responsibilities

• Food Safety - Create a food safety culture and ensure all procedures follow company policies and health regulations.
• Growth Mindset – Ensure proper staffing and scheduling to grow sales and drive digital ordering.
• Profit - Conduct monthly Business Reviews and manage labor/food costs to improve profits.
• Fast Food Done Right - Maintain high quality food and monitor product quality from customer feedback.
• Wendy’s Kind of People - Manage staffing, diversity, recruitment, training, and engagement initiatives.
• Developing Best GMs - Train and develop General Managers and ensure leadership bench strength.
• Compliance – Ensure district compliance with policies and conduct store inspections and coaching.
• Great Restaurant Experiences - Use data and feedback to identify and close operational gaps.
