Aramark seeks a District Controller to lead financial strategy, planning, and business decision support across the district. The role partners with regional and unit leadership to evaluate performance trends, improve profitability, and strengthen internal controls while supporting client outcomes.

The position is remote-based with travel to district sites 2–3 days a week for reviews, audits, and meetings. A 5+ year finance background and strong communication skills are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive financial experience, preferably in AP/AR, payroll, financial reporting, operational analysis, and P&L management.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to present complex financial data to diverse stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Lead financial planning and analysis: develop forecasts, budgets, projections, and reporting at venue and unit levels.
• Provide district operational analysis: analyze sales, labor, cost trends, cash, inventory, and other metrics to identify risks and opportunities.
• Drive financial accountability: oversee cash flow, A/R, A/P, fixed assets, CAPEX, and internal controls (SOX).
• Create financial reports and insights: manage weekly, monthly, and annual reporting; translate data for executives, partners, and clients.
• Support internal and client meetings: prepare summaries, variance explanations, and operational insights for reviews.
• Develop and train teams: reinforce financial acumen, processes, reporting standards, and compliance.
• Client communication: align on systems, reporting, program changes, and financial performance with leadership.
• Support operations: provide financial guidance to unit leaders and collaborate with regional leadership.
• Drive growth: develop pro formas, models, and analyses for new business and capital requests.
• Special projects: lead regional initiatives, standardize reporting, and improve operational performance.
